Grain Free Small Breed Duck with Sweet Potato and Orange recipe  (almost the same formulation as our normal Duck Grain free recipe but smaller kibble and contains more metabolisable energy (Calories) per 100g to ensure that small dogs are provided with adequate energy levels),  includes a selection of the finest prepared, nutritious and highly digestible animal protein sources.
The range has been formulated with sweet potato to be suitable for small breed dogs with grain intolerance/sensitivity.
 Duck
Duck is a great tasting animal protein source that provides several important nutrients contributing to overall health and well-being. As well as being a valuable source of protein providing essential amino acids, it is also rich in B vitamins and the essential minerals potassium and phosphorus. Potassium plays an important role in maintaining the fluid balance in the body and having a vital role in the normal functioning of nerves and muscles. At the same time, phosphorus is essential for strong bones and teeth. Duck is a lean, nutrient-dense source of protein and provides nutrients such as iron, selenium, B vitamins, and zinc, contributing to general health and well-being.
  Sweet Potato
This is packed with a variety of vitamins and minerals and is naturally gluten-free. In addition, sweet potatoes help aid digestion because they are high in fibre, promoting a healthy digestive system and good stool formulation. They are a complex carbohydrate with a lower glycemic index which means it releases its energy throughout the day. Furthermore, sweet potato is rich in beta-carotene, an antioxidant thought to have anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties.

 Orange
Oranges are full of nutrients such as potassium and fibre. In addition, they are a great source of vitamin C that is known for their antioxidant properties, which may help support the immune system.
